A friend once told me she only ever wears colour at the wrist, and this mint is the reason that idea makes sense. It is a soft, slightly milky green, like the flesh just under a cucumber’s skin rather than a boiled sweet, and on such a slender band it registers as a wink rather than a shout across a room.
Build-wise it is the same extra-narrow Uni geometry: roughly 63 mm inside, about 0.22 inches across the band, rose gold plated, made in France. Because there is no clasp, nothing rattles when you type and nothing needs a second pair of hands to fasten. I have worn mine through a full working week without adjusting it once.
Styling advice from someone who owns too much of this colour: let it be the only green in the outfit. White poplin, faded denim, oatmeal linen and grey marl all give it room, and beside a plain gold ring it looks fresh rather than costumey. In winter I like it against charcoal, where it reads as a private joke with the weather.
Two honest points. Mint and olive can fight each other, so keep sage and khaki out of the same stack. And as with any enamel, sharp knocks show on the glossy surface; store it in its pouch, keep scent and chlorine away, and wipe it dry after a day out. Made in France.
