White jewellery is either the bravest choice in the case or the easiest, and with this pendant it is the easiest. The Mini Pop H in Blanc is a flat white letter, 0.35 of an inch wide, on a 15.7 inch rose gold plated chain, and it makes no demands on whatever you have decided to wear.
I take mine on trips because it does not argue with anything in a small capsule wardrobe: black dress, blue shirt, beige knit, all fine. At that chain length it sits at the base of the throat, close enough to the collarbone to look deliberate under an open collar, and light enough that I forget the clasp is there.
The reason I reach for it most, though, is skin tone. Against very pale skin the white goes faint, so I usually layer it with a darker pendant a few centimetres lower to give the eye something to grip. On anyone with more colour in their skin it stands out cleanly on its own.
Two notes from living with it. The finish is plated, so sunscreen and perfume will dull it over a season if you are careless with spraying; and white enamel is unforgiving about makeup on fingers, so I handle the pendant by the chain and not the letter. Small habits, long life. Made in France.
One habit worth copying: I keep mine in its dust bag, separate from other chains, because enamel chips rather than scratches when it knocks about in a drawer. Two seconds of care keeps the white edge crisp for years.
