Rose Confetti is a pale, cool pink, closer to a sugared almond than to anything floral, and on Epsom’s pressed grain the color reads even and flat in the best way, with no blotches or variation to distract from the shape.
The pochette is 22 cm wide, 12 cm high and 7 cm deep, and its single handle is shaped to sit in the palm or hang from the wrist. I carry a phone, a cardholder, a compact, keys and a lipstick; the flap and turn-lock close cleanly over them. A full glasses case is too much and I have stopped trying.
Epsom is the reason this piece keeps its form. The leather is embossed and rigid, scratch-resistant, and largely indifferent to fingerprints, so a pale pink bag stays looking fresh where softer leather would be marked already. That stiffness also means it will not give: whatever does not fit on the first day will not fit on the hundredth.
On a color this light I skip hand cream before picking it up and keep it away from dark denim. Do that and the pink stays crisp for years.
My honest advice on a pale pink pochette: accept that it will need attention. Mine has one faint pen line I could not remove, and I no longer see it. If a mark would bother you for years, choose another colorway; if you can live with a scar or two, nothing else in this range makes an outfit.
