Ex-Libris means bookplate, the printed mark that tells you whose shelf a book came off, and this pendant carries that motif at amulet scale. It is sterling silver, made in Italy, and unplated, so there is nothing between the metal and your skin except whatever patina you allow to build.
I treat the Amulettes range as a set rather than as single pieces. Mine hangs with a Constance amulet on a longer chain, the bookplate sitting higher and the other one below, and together they look collected rather than bought, which is exactly the charm of small silver objects.
Worn alone it is modest: a small engraved disc on a fine chain, best over a grey or white shirt where the detail can be read. Under a scarf or a high collar it vanishes entirely, so it belongs to open necklines and warm months.
Two things worth knowing. Silver wants use; kept in a box it goes dull, kept on a neck it stays bright. And because the pendant is light, the chain carries it almost invisibly, so the clasp deserves a check now and then. Made in Italy, 925/1000 silver.
If you are building a stack of silver amulets, this is the one to place highest: the disc is small enough to sit above a larger pendant without crowding it, and the engraving gives the arrangement something to read rather than a row of shapes. Mine hangs at the collarbone on a short chain of my own choosing.
