Pale fizz green, a streak of Zanzibar blue and a warm gold band — this is the Rodeo Pegase at its most holiday-minded. Nothing about it is understated, and on a navy bag the combination snaps into place like a boat flag on a bright morning.
The three tones are split across Milo lambskin and Swift calfskin, so the color blocks read in slight relief: velvety where the lambskin sits, smoother and more reflective on the Swift. No metal finish appears anywhere, and the whole charm weighs almost nothing at all.
Dimensions follow the family standard — about 9.7 centimetres along, 7.8 high, a slim centimetre deep. That portability is half the appeal: I take it off the handle before a meeting and put it back for the drive home, and it never resists either move.
Usage notes: the three-tone face looks best against matte leathers rather than glossy ones — it wants a surface that absorbs light while the charm returns it. On woven straw or canvas it is even better, and on a navy linen bag in July it becomes the standout piece of a very simple outfit.
The trade-off lives in the pale fizz green, which is the first area to show thumb marks and dust. Rotate which side faces outward and give it a dry wipe weekly, and the gold and blue will stay as crisp as the green they sit beside.
