A 28-centimeter Kelly is the one I reach for when the day actually has work in it. Blue France runs deep and near-navy in daylight, then slides toward black under evening light, and that range is exactly what I ask from one bag doing three jobs.
Togo is why this size feels easy from the first wear. The pebbled grain is soft and a little matte, so the bag follows the curve of a car seat or the shoulder of a coat instead of standing stiffly apart from it. Scratches sink into that grain and quietly disappear; I stopped handling this leather with gloves years ago.
Inside, 28 x 22 x 10 cm swallows a compact tablet, a long wallet, a notebook, sunglasses in a case and a small water bottle without a fight. One main compartment means the discipline comes from you; I keep a pochette for cables and let the rest float.
Gold hardware against this blue is the warmer choice, softening the severity a deep blue can carry. The sangles close with a firm turn-lock click, and the clochette hangs flat under the flap rather than rattling around.
Two honest notes: Togo in a 28 will begin to slouch after a few years of daily carry, gracefully but really, and dark blue shows every speck of dust, so a two-minute wipe at the end of the week keeps it looking deliberate.
