White enamel is a decision, and I have never regretted mine. The narrow Clic H in blanc looks like a strip of porcelain on the wrist, cool and flat and bright, and it makes navy, black and grey tailoring look sharper by contrast. On a hot day with a sleeveless dress it is the only accessory I need.
It measures a listed 6.3 inches in circumference with a 0.47 inch band, all of it plain enamel, and the hardware is rose gold plated rather than silver, which stops the white from feeling cold on the skin. The toggle clasp turns to reveal the H and closes with a very small sound, which is the whole pleasure of the design in a sentence.
I wear mine with a white shirt and dark trousers in the office, so that the bracelet and collar rhyme, and with an oversized linen shirt in the evening when I want the wrist to look finished without visible effort. It also stacks beautifully under a slim watch, white beside steel, which is cleaner than most people expect.
Now the honest part: white enamel shows everything. Denim can leave faint blue transfer on the polished edge, and a knock against stone leaves a mark you will see every time you look. Wipe it after wear, keep it off indigo and out of chlorinated water, and it stays crisp. Made in France.
