I bought this one for a June wedding and never really put it away. Blue Zalige is a saturated, confident medium blue, not navy pretending to be interesting, but a real color that changes a white dress or a grey suit on contact.
Saturated blue is a test for any leather, and Togo passes it because the grain gives the dye somewhere to sit: the tone stays even across the flap and handles with no patchiness in daylight. Silver hardware keeps the temperature cool, where gold would have made the blue read older and quieter than it is. The handles are darker where my hands rest at the end of a day, which I read as use rather than damage.
It has flown twice with me, riding along in planes and coming out at the other end unbothered, because the grain shrugs off rubbing against a seat or a security tray. A cream silk scarf works with it better than anything patterned. The 30 cm frame swallows a tablet, a pouch, sunglasses, a scarf and a paperback, which makes it the bag I pack when a trip has unclear plans.
Honest note: a blue this strong is fussy about prints. It wants white, cream, grey and denim, and it argues with busy patterns, so I keep it for solid colors. It is also the bag people comment on most, which means carrying it on days you feel sociable rather than invisible.
