Gris Misty is a pale grey with a faint warm haze to it, and the gold hardware here is what gives it life. Silver on a colour this soft can look clinical; gold-tone plates pull it toward stone and cashmere instead.
The bag itself is the familiar shape at twenty-five by twenty by thirteen centimetres, French Togo calfskin with gold-tone studs and flap plates. The pebbled grain adds a fine texture that keeps the pale grey from looking washed out. The pale tone also makes the interior easy to read, so a phone or a card case never disappears into shadow.
For daily carry I keep it light: a phone, a card case, keys, a lip balm, and a compact. That fills the base comfortably and leaves the flap sitting flat. Adding a water bottle is possible but it will bow the sides, which I avoid.
An honest observation about pale greys in Togo: the grain shows darker in the low points, so from a distance the colour can look slightly mottled. Some people love that depth; others expect a perfectly even surface and are disappointed. I would avoid denim jackets with this one, because the pale grain accepts indigo at the back panel quite readily.
I have carried mine through autumn and into winter without issue. Corner rubs have been minimal, and the stitching on the flap is even along the curve.
