Passport in the left pocket, transit card in the right, phone riding in the flap pocket: the Cargo is the bag I pack by position, not by rummaging.
This 25 is swift calfskin in 4C Ecorce, a bark brown, with canvas pocket detailing and silver hardware. Small as it looks, mine still takes real contents: card case, phone, keys, glasses, a compact and a folded tote for market finds. In April I added a folding umbrella where the compact usually rides, and the front pockets still lay flat against the body.
In use the pockets earn their keep on travel days and at weekend markets; the body stays soft because swift is soft, and the canvas panels keep the silhouette from collapsing. Silver hardware is the only metal you notice, and it sits well against the brown, while the canvas pockets keep their edge instead of sagging open.
The trade-offs are honest: external pockets add bulk and the front reads busier than a classic Birkin, so it is not an evening bag. The canvas pocket corners are the first place wear shows, and Ecorce in low light flattens toward plain brown, so in this color it is texture that carries the bag.
I use it hard, set it on car seats and hang it on chairs, and it has held up. It is the Birkin for people whose bags are tools first and objects second.
