Nata and gold is the softest combination in this family, a creamy near-white paired with warm metal that makes the whole bag glow in low evening light. I wore mine to a courtyard dinner last June and it held its own beside far dressier bags, mostly because of how unforced it looked.
The leather is Taurillon Clemence, generously grained, and pale hides of this kind show their texture most clearly, every pore and bump catching light. The bag folds softly when set down and springs back on the shoulder. Because it is so light in colour, I am a little more careful with it than with my dark Eveynes: no newspaper under the flap, no fountain pens loose inside, and a wipe at the end of dusty days.
It carries everything a dinner or a working lunch needs: phone, card holder, keys, a lipstick and a small case for glasses. For daytime it also takes a slim paperback and a bottle. The adjustable canvas strap sits neatly over a silk dress without pulling at it. The bag lives on a shelf rather than in its box between outings, because soft leather likes to breathe and the folds relax overnight.
Worth knowing before you choose: Nata is closer to ivory than to bright white, so it flatters warm skin tones and gold jewellery more than cool silver. If your wardrobe leans to cream, camel and beige, this is the bag those colours have been waiting for.
